HCV is a voluntary group of Vietnamese Americans and other Americans concerned about the most vulnerable population of Vietnam: poor children and orphans.

We work to provide children with the basic necessaties of:
 

• food
• education

• shelter
• health care services

 

 

Our goal is to ensure a productive and happy future for all of these children.
