HCV is a voluntary group of
Vietnamese Americans and other Americans
concerned about the most vulnerable
population of Vietnam: orphans and needy
children.
We work to provide children with the basic
necessities of:
• food
• education
• shelter
• health care services
Our goal is to ensure a productive and happy
future for all of these children.
