HCV is an
American nonprofit organization, established in 2002 in
Washington, DC, for the purpose of helping impoverished orphans
and street children in Vietnam.
We are governed by a
volunteer board of distinguished Vietnamese Americans and
Americans who have heartfelt ties to Vietnam. We are determined
both to improve the health and education of “our” children, and
to increase cultural understanding between peoples of the two
nations.
